Re-vamped Balcony

This Balcony was 2 separate ones. with old ceramic tiles. and some rotten timber work.

We Re-constructed , to tie both as one. Creating a more practical space with views over The Solent & Isle of Wight.

We Try to re-use as of the original Timbers as possible.

This bookcase was custom made to fit this space..

cost to make, fit & materials was £300

Oak Laminate floor

15mm oak laminate floor laid on 15 mm underlay, with a base vapour membrane to stop draft coming up from floor void below.

Total cost of materials & labour, £350

Decoration project

this was a decoration project taken on, where ceilings & freeze above picture rail painted matt white, mid freeze was hessin & Ruby lower section. Woodwork left as natural pine finish. A dismantled pine dresser, was refitted, and new end panel made.

the project cost £1200, from downstair entrance hallway, Stairwell, upstair hallway & rebuild dresser.

Kitchen , Clanfield, Hampshire.

This was a kitchen bought by the Custom, And fitted by us For a cost of £500. That was to build & fit units, fit solid oak worktops & up stands, And cut out worktop & fit Sink. Also make & fit 2 window sills out of the spare oak pieces

Multi-million Pound development.

Selection of finishes carried out on this Multi-million pound development in sandbanks, Poole, Dorset.

Tarmac drive.

Drive in Sholing. .Old surface removed, new drains set, new edges stones laid, hardcore base laid , 50mm base coat tarmac, with a 25mm top coat.

Block built Entrance porch

This porch in Sholing, has a Block shell, with a timber cut roof. Slate tile roof covering. And Sand/ cement render coat to the outside face.

Marshall block paving stones used, & set on 75mm sand grit base, with 150mm MOT type 1 hardcore base..

Conversion of 3 rooms to 1 large open plan lounge.

This was on the 2nd floor of a Victorian Seaside town house. This conversion, turned 3 small rooms into a large living room looking out over The Solent..
